The Account Management Approach

Our Account Managers provide you with a single point of contact to ensure objectives are reached in a timely and professional manner.

Their role is to:

  • Schedule trainer visits
  • Provide periodic progress reports over the duration of the training. Reports graph both individual progress and progress by unit.
  • As a value-add for our clients, Newskills has also developed an evaluation tool to provide your business, on request, with a comprehensive report on the outcomes of the training that took place
  • Handle administration associated with the training.

Our Trainers

Newskills quality trainers are all recruited for their industry experience and are skilled at gaining the trust and respect of participants, trainees and supervisors which is critical for the program to gain acceptance and be implemented successfully.

In addition to this our trainers have the appropriate industry experience and hold nationally recognised qualifications.

In partnership with your management team, Newskills trainers will discuss your learning and development needs and tailor the training to suit, using flexible delivery modes and scheduling.
